An attorney client relationship is not established by submitting this initial contact information to our office.

We have a number of lawyers at Harmon & Associates. Usually, when you go to court, only one lawyer at a time is in court with you to represent you. If and when the decision is made to take your case to trial, one lawyer will be assigned to handle your case, and you will work with them specifically as your trial strategy and theory is developed.

However, Harmon & Associates takes a different approach to our cases than do most criminal defense firms. Unlike firms whose lawyers function as an association of lawyers who operate independently, we have found that working as a team brings the most resources to each of our cases.

Our firm's attorneys meet and discuss our cases regularly to assess the needs of each of our new clients, and to decide on the direction to take the case. Unlike the impression that television shows give about the practice of criminal law, most of the work in a criminal case prior to trial takes place outside of a courtroom. Formally and informally, at every stage of a case, we consult with each other to build solutions for our clients. While you may get to know one of us better than the other two, you will find that when you walk into court or into our office, whomever you meet with will be well-versed with your situation and will be armed with the tools needed to help you at that particular moment.

If you have been charged with a crime in Northern California, contact a San Jose Criminal Defense Lawyer at Harmon & Associates today for a free initial consultation!
